Accessibility Statement

DODIV COMPANY, REGISTRATION NUMBER: 558490090 16 HARTOUM ST. JERUSALEM OPERATES THIS WEBSITE (HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS “THE SITE”) AND INVESTS GREAT EFFORTS AND RESOURCES TO PROVIDE EQUITABLE SERVICE TO CUSTOMERS WITH DISABILITIES. In order to allow customers with disabilities comfortable and easy browsing, adjustments were made on the site in accordance with Regulation 35 of the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Accessibility to Service Adjustments) -GDP 2013.

The site is also in the process of implementing the accessibility requirements of Level 2 (AA) and in accordance with the Israeli Accessibility Standard 5568, a standard that references the 2.0 Web Content Accessibility Guidelines of the international regulatory body W3C World Wide Web Consortium.

For any questions, please contact the “Accessibility Coordinator” of the company, Mr. Jonathan Popko, by phone: 058-4302536 or by email: yoni@duodiv.com.

For this purpose, the accessibility measures operated on the site:

  • Images that form a link have alternate text that defines the purpose of the link in the images.
  • In versions of contrast, flashing banners and images that interfere with concentration were removed.
  • Writing semantic code and using a uniform H1 header on each page.
  • The site specification is listed neatly using dl tags and neat tabular information.
  • Division into areas on the page to easily reach relevant information using the tab key on the keyboard.
  • There is complete separation between content and display by using a separate CSS file.
  • All colors have been adjusted in order to lower as many stimuli as possible and also all flashes and certain banners will not be active in these versions to leave the information as comfortable as possible. The site supports keyboard assisted navigation by using the TAB key, the arrows and pressing the Enter key will activate the various links. Because of the size of the site there are places on the site that have difficulty reaching them using a keyboard that is why alternatives such as an alternative menu and more have been proposed.
  • All flashing banners have been removed and hidden, so it may be that some of the information does not appear so as not to harm readers, we have tried to bring these versions a comfortable edition and without features that would interfere with the process.
  • Also, this website incorporates an accessibility plugin that helps people with disabilities to access the site (you can use half the keyboard to navigate through the buttons of the components that make the site accessible).

manifestation

For an optimal browsing experience with screen reading software, we recommend using NDVA software. However, pages may appear on the site that have not yet found the appropriate technological solution to access them. If you find a page that is not accessible, please contact the Accessibility Coordinator and we will deal with the issue as best we can as quickly as possible. We continue our efforts to improve the accessibility of the site, as far as possible, in the belief and moral commitment to enable the use of the site to the entire population, including people with disabilities.

Publication of information about accessibility arrangements in the public sphere

We have tried to ensure that the business has access to the physical space to provide accessible service (disabled parking, signage and guidance, etc.).
