Cav Systems is one of Israel's most established software companies. Over 45 years in business, more than 300 clients, solutions spanning banking, ERP, and tourism. A company full of talented developers and designers - but building marketing websites isn't their expertise. And their old site reflected that: outdated design, blocks of unstructured text, basic user experience.
Cav Systems' new CEO came to us with a clear goal: refresh the company's image. The company was perceived as old and irrelevant, even though their solutions are actually innovative and advanced. The new website needed to close that gap. We carried out a full UX strategy and website development from scratch.

Cav Systems has three divisions that operate almost like three separate companies: a banking division developing loan and mortgage management systems for financial institutions, an ERP division providing business management systems for commercial and industrial companies, and a tourism division with the TOPS platform for end-to-end travel company management.
Each division speaks to a different audience, offers different products, and faces different challenges. So we planned each one separately - conducting in-depth interviews with the senior managers of each division, mapping unique target audiences and user journeys, and getting final approval from each division before assembling the overall site structure. Only after all parts were approved did we present the full plan to the CEO for sign-off.
On the homepage, we built an opening that presents Cav Systems as one strong company - including client and partner logos to demonstrate scale - and from there three cards that navigate directly to each division's world. Each division received a dedicated page tailored precisely to its audience.

To break the perception of "old and outdated," we focused on a young, dynamic, and sharp user experience. Complex content from a company with 45 years of history is presented in a clean and engaging way - no heavy text blocks, no dated interfaces. The visitor feels like they're on an innovative tech company's website, not one founded in 1979.
Alongside the launch, we connected Cav Systems with Itai Varchik - one of the top SEO specialists in Israel - who began working on the site's organic rankings. Results came fast: from a nearly flat line of Google impressions to a sharp upward curve within weeks. When Itai saw the data, he said "wow, it's easy to rank Webflow sites." What we explained to him is that it's not about the platform - it's easy to rank sites that are built right, and that's exactly what we do.
Beyond traditional SEO, we also started GSO work - optimization for AI search engines - with Cav Systems. Results are already showing: the company is being cited in AI engines more frequently than before.

Cav Systems' new website closed a gap that had persisted for years: between a company with innovative, advanced solutions and a digital presence that didn't reflect any of that. Today they look exactly like what they are - a leading technology company with 45 years of experience and solutions that are fully relevant in 2025.
Organic rankings jumped sharply right after launch, the company's image improved dramatically, and the work continues - both in traditional SEO and in AI search optimization. When you build a site right from the ground up, everything that comes after works better.
