When two giants like IBM and Hadassah unite to create a medical innovation accelerator, the digital presence must reflect that level of excellence. Through Spyre, a company we had worked with previously, a senior IBM manager approached us with a clear mission: build a website representing The Hadassah Program for Startups, driven by IBM Alpha Zone.
The challenge was twofold - not only to create the high-level digital presence required for such a venture, but to do so within a tight timeframe before the annual program launch. The initiative combines Hadassah's advanced clinical knowledge with IBM's technological capabilities, creating a unique environment for digital health startups.
When we reached the planning stage, it became clear there were two ways to proceed:
Option One: Wait a full year until the venture would have time to create detailed content about all the startups that had completed the program.
Option Two: We take on the challenge and create all the required content ourselves, including visual materials customized for each startup.
We chose option two - because we understood this venture couldn't wait, and we committed to creating a comprehensive solution that would include:
The result was a website that feels as if it was built by the venture's internal team.
Building a website for an accelerator combining two giants like IBM and Hadassah required a design approach that would reflect the level of technological and medical innovation they represent.
What we developed:
Innovation in Details:
The project was completed on time and with quality matching the expectations from an IBM and Hadassah accelerator. The result was a website that not only serves functional needs but also strengthens the venture's positioning as a global leader in medical innovation.
Key Results:
Business Impact:The website became a central resource for the venture, enabling them to recruit the best startups from around the world while emphasizing the unique advantages of combining IBM's capabilities with Hadassah's clinical knowledge. The project proved that it's possible to create the highest-level digital solutions even when time is tight and requirements are demanding.
